At David C Cook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
